This is a recording of the actual kernel — captured over the serial line from
make console, byte for byte with real timing. Not a reconstruction, not a mockup:
the boot log, the scheduler's tasks under ps, the live memory/uptime under
mem, and navigating the on-disk directory tree with cd/ls/cat
